Meet The Contender—BlackMarketRC’s latest solid axle chassis engineered to push performance boundaries while staying true to scale. Designed to meet "Challenger" class rules, The Contender features precision-cut carbon fiber frame rails for a lightweight, durable build with a clean, race-inspired look.
The adjustable roll cage provides flexibility to fit a wide range of RC monster truck bodies, making it both competition-ready and highly customizable.
Built around the proven Losi LMT platform, The Contender is designed to utilize LMT axles, links, shocks, and shock mounts for unmatched durability and consistency on the track. It’s fully compatible with the RC4WD SCS transmission (sold separately), and with minor modifications—like using Losi Baja Rey driveline outputs or machined SCS outputs—you can seamlessly run LMT drivelines. Aftermarket 1/8" sway bars are required; our optional “D” slot sway bar kit is a perfect match.
